CrossTime AI ("CrossTime", "we", "us") provides timezone conversion and meeting scheduling tools at crosstime.mesa-nova.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including when you sign in with Google or use Pro features that connect to Google Calendar.

When you sign in with Google, CrossTime requests only basic identity scopes: your name, email address, and profile image. We use this information to create and maintain your account, display your profile in the app, and associate subscription status with the correct user. Sign-in does not request Google Calendar permissions.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar (CrossTime Pro), CrossTime requests calendar permissions at that moment. Calendar data is used only for scheduling, conflict detection, event creation, Google Meet link generation, and invite sending. We do not use your calendar data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

CrossTime uses Google user data only to provide user-facing scheduling functionality. We do not sell user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, remarketing, or building advertising profiles.

Google data is limited to what is required to operate sign-in, calendar-aware recommendations, meeting creation, and invite workflows you explicitly use within CrossTime.

If you subscribe to CrossTime Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects payment information according to its own privacy policy. CrossTime receives billing-related identifiers (such as your email and subscription status) to activate Pro features on your account.

You can use many CrossTime features without signing in. If you connect Google, you may disconnect calendar access from your CrossTime account settings or revoke CrossTime's permissions at any time in your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future calendar reads and meeting creation through CrossTime.

We retain account and subscription information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
