Agreement
By accessing or using CrossTime AI at crosstime.mesa-nova.com ("CrossTime", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
CrossTime AI provides timezone conversion and scheduling assistance, including a free meeting planner, overlap recommendations, and add-to-calendar links. CrossTime Pro may offer additional features such as Google Calendar sync, availability-aware scheduling, alternative date suggestions, Google Meet creation, and calendar invites.
Free features remain available without login. Pro features may require Google sign-in, an active paid subscription, and permission to access Google Calendar where applicable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming meeting times, participants, time zones, and calendar details before sending invites or relying on recommendations. CrossTime provides suggestions and tools to help coordinate meetings; final scheduling decisions are yours.
Subscriptions and payments
CrossTime Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Stripe handles payment processing; CrossTime does not store full payment card details on its servers.
You may cancel or manage your subscription according to Stripe and CrossTime account flows. Access to Pro features depends on an active subscription and valid Google permissions where required.
Third-party services
Google sign-in, Google Calendar, and Google Meet are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and policies. Stripe payment services are subject to Stripe's terms. CrossTime is not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes by third-party providers.
Disclaimer of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossTime and its operators are not liable for missed meetings, incorrect time conversions, calendar errors, failed invites, lost revenue, or any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including issues caused by third-party services such as Google or Stripe.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
